As part of the Government strategy to reduce the risk of Covid infection in schools they have launched a national vaccination programme for students aged 12 and over in schools across the country.

The vaccinations will be carried out by the NHS inside schools.

Only students who have returned the completed consent form will be eligible for the vaccination.

It is vital that if you wish your child to be vaccinated that you return the form and equally important that if you DO NOT want your child vaccinated you return the form stating this.

A copy of the consent form will have been given to your child in school, we have also emailed copies to those parents with known email addresses and we have contacted parents to direct them to our website where guidance and consent forms are available.

The vaccinations are going to be imminent so please return the form asap.
